What is your policy on returns?

In accordance with our returns policy (as set out in the Terms of Use), you can return an item that is  (a) not suitable (assuming it has not been used and is in it’s original packaging) or (b) is faulty as follows:

1. You can return the item to Queen Victoria Road, Claremont, Cape Town by arrangement (this is free of charge)

2. You can send it via the Post office (counter to counter). This will generally cost around R45 and this cost must be paid by yourself.

3. You can send it via courier. This will generally cost around R120 and this cost must be paid by yourself.

How do you refund?

If an item is returned because it is faulty we will replace it with the same (or, if we are out of stock, a similar) product

If an item is returned because it is not suitable (and it is in it’s original packaging and has not been used) then we will either:

Replace with an item that is suitable or

Refund the amount to a bank account of your choosing
